Please allow establishing a rescue and medical humanitarian aid zone in Gaza.

International support must act immediately to send humanitarian aid and allow worldwide access to the humanitarian aid zone in Gaza.

Please stop the mass killing of civillians. Thousands of children in Gaza have already been killed, the horrors are no longer bearable.

To continue this massacre in Gaza is sheer evil.

Fun-facts Germany: “Rundfunkbeitrag”

Citizens in Germany are forced by law to pay for their state media (propaganda machine).
Every household has to pay 18.36 euros (19,70 US Dollar) per month, regardless of usage and even if the household has no media-capable devices at all.

This so-called “broadcasting contribution” amounted to 8.5 billion euros in 2022.

For comparison:
The net profit of the US chip manufacturer NVIDIA amounted to around 9.6 billion euros (FY 2022).
McDonald’s net profit was around 7.5 billion euros (twelve months ending June 30, 2023).

Of course this is unconstitutional, but the “Bundesverfassungsgericht” (Federal Constitutional Court) has ruled in 2018 that it is okay to force all citizens to pay for services that they may not even use or consent to – who cares?

zweihundert sekunden bis zur
ankunft, geisternde gestalten
gestalten, andere beleben die
station.
in kuerze s4 kronberg, vor dem
screen aus abtritten und
vogelgrippe stauen sich die
reisenden, mit koffern voller hab
und gut aus neuerem leben,
vollgepackt, berollt,
trolleynomaden auf dem weg in
die zukunft, die alte hoffnung auf
den standard, die ueberbewertung,
dein traum.
warten ist nicht immer /so/
schoen, ich sehe werbung am
rande, die kulisse fuer diese
laengere warterei wird live vertont,
“s4 zehn minuten verspaetet” sagt
eine frauenstimme an, fremde
gespraeche und gelaechter fern
und nah geben der szene die
akustische gestalt von montag,
grossstadt, spaet nachts noch wach.

5 minuten spaeter parkt ric kurz
vor der bruecke zum
bahnhofsvorplatz, die strasse ist
dunkel und menschenleer. er greift
nach seinem note3 rechts
neben seinem sitz und ruft an.
er sagt, dass wir auf ihn
warten, aber er wird dabei
mehrfach unterbrochen –
auf spanisch – irgend etwas
ueber “… bekannte von frueher
getroffen, saufen, gleich da …”.

wir warten, ric fasst fuer
mich auf rueckfrage nach
gefuehlten 10 minuten das
telefongespraech zusammen:
“er hat gesagt, er ist
gleich da …”. nach 5 minuten und
einer halben kippe: ein weiteres
telefonat, gleiches ergebnis.
ich sage zu ric: “wir sollten ihn in
der bar abholen, sonst kann es
noch ‘ne stunde dauern, und wir
haben nichts zu trinken hier…”.
gutes argument.
